Today it's time for the B500 - a fabled bikers road through the Black Forest.
Weather looks good so thermal liners out of the jackets and sun cream on. Sorted.
Within 30 minutes we had to stop. Temp dropped to 10 degrees and pissin it down :(
Eventually it brightened up so time for a Cafe.
Our planned route went to rat poo due to numerous road works. No warning, no diversion, just a red criss cross on the road sign informing you the road is closed.
Took a fast road exiting the Black Forest and entered the Danube valley stopping at Sigmaringen.
The diet starts today.
What beer?
Have not seen this idea before - a drive through ice cream parlour!

The locals seemed to be happy
Arriving at our destination of Bad Oberdorf in Bavaria, outside the sky couldn't make its mind up.
Inside we had no such problem.
